Paul Tyndell

 

 

Paul carries on four generations of building and design tradition.  Paul was raised in Charlotte and attended the University of North Carolina. For the past 39 years, Paul has designed and built a wide range of custom homes.

 

Paul developed and built a community of 132 starter homes in Charlotte and built Architect Steven Fuller's homes in Cary, NC. He has also built homes in Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach, NC, including the following neighborhoods: Sea Scape, Sea Trail, Capeside, Ocean Ridge, Bent Tree Plantation, Rivers Edge, and Old Ferry Estates.

 

Paul is proceeding to educate himself with environmental friendly products and solutions for healthier and easier living by participating in the National Home Builders Green Building classes. Paul takes great pride in his commitment to and his involvement in the building process. His goal is to create his customer's dream home.

Paul recently won a Diamond Award in the Brunwsick County Parade of Homes.

 

 

Brian Robinett

 

 

Brian has been building custom homes and working in Real Estate since 2000.  Brian has an Engineering degree from Virginia Tech, and uses it in the construction of his homes.

 

 Brian  has served as President of the Lake Norman Homebuilders Association where he was voted Builder of the year in 2006 and 2008. He has also served as a Regional Vice President for the North Carolina Homebuilders Association for six years, and received an outstanding aceivement award as Distinguished Builder of the Year in 2010.  Brian has won several awards for his homes including two North Carolina Home Builders "Stars" Awards.

 

 Brian obtained an Accredited Builder cetification in 2010.  He earned his NAHB Certified Green Professional designation in 2006, and obtained a NAHB Aging in Place certification in 2007.

 

Brian takes great pride in his homes, and believes in a higher level of customer service.
